- Qualification
: Should have degree / masters or equivalent in Packaging institute.
- Experience
: Should have experience of 3-7 years in handling the packaging related
activities in oral dosage formulation from lab scale to commercial scale
at reputed organisation.
Roles and
Responsibilities
1.
Experience in evaluation of the
packaging material components, selection of vendors and preparation of master
packaging card.
2.
Experience in trouble shooting the
technical issues related to the packing process from lab scale to commercial
scale.
3.
Should have good communication skills to
resolve any interpersonal issues in company for smooth functioning.

Verification and
technical support for all technical documents master formula, standard
operating procedure, raw material, finished product specifications.
Responsible for
handling various quality management systems like deviation, change control and
market complaints.

providing quality assurance support to the manufacturing operations
Internal auditing
of QA/QC and other departments
Review of all QC/QA
activities.
Art work control of
labels, leaflets, visual aids, promotional materials of domestic and export.
Verification and
implementation of new label matter design and promotional materials as per
regulatory compliances,
Export related
technical support-material safety data sheet, ingredient report etc.
Coordination with
R&D and technology transfer group during Trial/Validation of batches.
Review and approval
of records (ie: SOP, Batch record, master formulation, specification
certificate of analysis, stability studies, labeling etc.

different equipment.
7. Daily calibration of electronic weighing balance.
8. To carry out the cleaning procedure of all the equipment.
9. To ensure timely preventive / breakdown maintenance of
equipment.
10. To plan all the resources needed for timely production
11. Monitoring and maintaining the GMP in production
12. Ensuring the quality of products
13. Responsible for stock keeping and inventory
