Natco Pharma is hiring for its CROP PROTECTION DIVISION.

Natco Pharma- Crop Protection Division coming with innovative pest management solutions towards control of different crops Insect pests.

Hence to create awareness, acceptance and to do market adoption at field level, we are looking for young, dynamic, enthusiastic and hardworking Agri professionals for Marketing Officer / Marketing Executive positions for multiple locations based at Karnataka.

Marketing Officer’s with min 0-2 years of experience in Agro Division.
Qualification B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc (Agri – Entomology) / B.Sc(Agri), ABM(MBA)

Job Description:

·         Planning and execution of field demos across different agro-climatic zones using Semiochemicals / Insect pheromone based products for effective pest management.

·         Sound knowledge in insect biology and pest management.

·         Experienced in pest management programmes especially using Semio-chemicals based products using technologies like Mating disruption, Attract and Kill strategy, Auto-confusion.

·         Conducting pre-formulation insect bio-efficacy/response studies at field level.

·         Data collection, Preparation of scientific reports and presentation.

·         Coordinating with Agriculture department Officials, Scientific experts of different Agricultural universities, ICAR institutes / Agricultural Research Stations and Seed company employees.

·         Effective Training to end users (through Contact & Communication), Result Demos with Cotton Pink Boll Worm, Corn Fall Army Worm, Brinjal Shoot and Fruit Borer, Spot Farmer Training Programs show case, regular Field visits, Field day programs.

·         Responsible for appointment of distributors / preferential dealers in their respective territory

·         Responsible for Product-wise Sales & Collection targets achievement for their respective territory
