Job Description:
1.
Performing routine in process QA activities in optical testing, over printing,
labeling and packing.
2. Carrying out the Line clearance at all stages of operations as per SOP/BPCR
3. Verification of batch packing records and cGMP records of packaging block.
4. Approval of stereo order form, storing, issuing and destruction control.
5. Sampling of Control, stability and ID samples.
6. Monitoring of general hygiene of operators working in packaging block.
7. Implementation of systems and procedures as per written down standard operating procedures.
8. Conducting Optical inspection validation for operators.
9. Coordination with Production, QC and warehouse for smooth functioning.
Experience Required: 2-6 years (Injectable experience for manufacturing )

Qualification : M.Sc Microbiology / B.Sc Microbiology
Job Description:
1) Exposure on sampling and testing of all incoming medias and review of validity use before dates.
2) Exposure on sampling, testing and documentation of MLT samples of finished and stability samples.
3) Exposure on ensuring the destruction of used media plates, product plates, monitoring plates, GPT plates and IND plates.
4) Exposure on media preparation, reagents, standard solutions, labeling, storage and documentation.
5) Exposure on Growth Promotion Test (GPT).
6) Exposure on water sampling and trends for micro samples as per schedule.
7) Exposure on Document Preparation, Storage and Retrieval of all micro records.
8) Exposure on Bacterial endotoxin test (BET).
Job Specification:
