HCL Technologies, R& D division is hiring Medical Graduates and Post Graduates. Below are the pre requisites:-

Experience: -  6 months to 2.5 years

Location:-  Vijayawada .

  • Any Master's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences B pharm, M pharm, Pharm.D., M.Tech, B. Tech, B.E , M.Sc, B.Sc, Medical Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology , immunology.
  • Basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology is preferable.
  • Knowledge of disease pathology and their treatment is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of writing techniques is also important.
  • Good Communication skill is must.
  • Ready for 2 yrs. Bond
  • CTC 2.2 LPA to 2.5 LPA

WNS is hiring for Medical Coder profile for Freshers & Experience for VIZAG Location

RESPONSIBILITY-

Responsibility of processing Medical Bill Review of Healthcare claims. Which divided into the sub-processes like Reverse Code Review & Code Review
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Certification required.

Candidates with Medical background can also apply

B.Pharm, M.Pharm FRESHERS can also apply.
Must have adequate knowledge of CPT, ICD-09/10 HCPCS and E&M coding practices (Assessment Required)
Must have knowledge and demonstrated skills in computer data entry and use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Must have excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
Knowledge of HIPPA regulations desirable.
Must have extensive knowledge of official coding conventions and rules established by the American Medical Association (AMA), and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for assignment of diagnostic and procedural codes.

Overview:

Would be responsible for managing US physicians documentation on the electronic platform.

Would electronically receive scanned documents from the clinic which needs to be indexed and filed in the electronic health record. 

Will need to abstract relevant information from these documents in respective patients account. 

The filed and abstracted data will be approved / rejected by the physician. 

Rejected document needs to be corrected and resent for physician approval.

Job Description:

Understand clinical and non-clinical documents received from the clinic

Understand the document type for filing the document 

Understand the naming convention for indexing the document 

Abstract relevant clinical data like impression from diagnostic or lab reports in patients electronic account 

For rejected documents understand physicians feedback and correct accordingly 

Send back the data to the clinic that needs action from front office 

Working on electronic health record (EHR) application

Shifts: Starting Between 6 am to 11 am (Any 9 hour shift)

Week off: Saturday & Sunday fixed off.

Work Location: Airoli, Navi mumbai.

Salary: upto 14,000/- per month in hand ( Depending on your last pay )
