Job description
1. Proficient in HPLC/UPLC/LCMS handling,
operations, recording, reporting in GxP settings
2. Hands-on experience in analytical method
development and analysis for quantitation and characterization of mAbs, fusion
proteins, glycoproteins
3. Should have hands-on experience with analytical
Protein A and/or SEC and/or HIC and/or IEX and/or RP-HPLC method development
and method qualification/transfer.
4. Should have hand-on experience in developing
& qualification of methods for -
(a) Protein quantitation and/or
(b) HMW/LMW species identification and quantitation
and/or
(c) PMF and/or
(d) Glycan mapping and/or
(e) HCP identification and quantitation
(f) Segregation and quantitation of folded/unfolded
species
5. Should have worked with UV, PDA, Fluorescence,
RID, QDa detectors.
6. Ability/willingness to multitask, learn new
techniques is essential.
7. Should be a team player, willing to train/learn
from co-workers.
8. Experience in technology transfer to
manufacturing will be a plus

The candidate should possess
AKTA
chromatography systems run and maintenance including AKTA pilot, AKTA pure,
AkTA purifier, AKTA SMB, AKTA explorers.
Development
and scaleup of chromatography processes including capture (Protein A), IEX
(Cation, Anion), HIC, Mixed mode. Staff selected should have a strong
theoretical understanding of fundamentals of various types of chromatography
processes.
Filtration
methods development and scaleup - includes buffer exchange, microfiltration,
diafiltration, concentration and should be have a strong understanding of
fundamentals of filtration.
Manager
1No / Asst. Managers 2No's,
with MTech in Biotechnology/Bioprocess Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Chemical
Engineering 6-8 Years' Experience in Biopharma Industry.

Job Description
Candidates must have a minimum of 4-5 years
industry experience to apply for this post:
The candidate should possess
a) Hands-on experience in cell line maintenance
(CHO-S, CHO DG44 and/or Sp2/0), cell banking, revivals
b) Hands-on experience in Cell line development
- transfections (chemical/electroporation), clone selection, media
optimization, development of high expressing stable clones expressing Mab,
fusion proteins and glycoproteins.
c) Be able to interface with the analytical
group for clone selection and establishment of quality parameters
d) Experience in Clean Room processes and
documentation.
e) An individual will also be expected to
document work in the laboratory notebook.
f) Leadership - Ability to lead a team of 2-3
members and hands-on experience in DoE will be a definite plus.
