Designation          : Executive - Engineering & Projects _CIVIL

Reporting to: Deputy Manager

Experience  : Minimum 6 years

Working Place: Visakhapatnam

The candidate should have sound technical knowledge on project experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.        Knowledge in Executing Projects (BOQ preparation, Cost Estimation, etc.)

2.        Knowledge on cleanroom(hygienic) panel installation & maintenance.

3.        Knowledge on clean room floorings, wall paintings.

4.        Exposer in Plant Maintenance.

5.        Good knowledge on ICH Q7 guidelines, CGMP

6.        Knowledge in reviewing of BOQ/Contractor Bills as per actual executed works.

7.        Knowledge in Preparation and Review of SOP’s, Qualifications

8.        Knowledge in implementation of Building maintenance as per the schedule.

9.        To ensure that, all maintenance & modification jobs are carried in safe manner and with all safety work permits.

10.      Identifying areas/materials where inventory can/should be maintained.

11.      Planning of Day to day activities as per the work orders received from end users.

12.      Ensure the safety and housekeeping as per the company polices and procedure.

13.      Coordinating with contractors for delivery and services.

14.      Exposer to standardization of 5s, Standard Work and maintaining Good Engineering Practices in all aspects of installations and operations.

15.      Coordinating with Cross Functional teams for effective operations and maintenance.

16.      Good Knowledge on colour coding standards

17.      Good knowledge on building codes (IS, NBC)

18.      Good knowledge on HIRA, JSA

SKILL REQUIREMENT:

• B. Tech – Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

• Good Communication skill.

• Commitment in work approach and readiness to put needful extra efforts, on demand situation.

• Willingness to learn attitude.

• Good Documentation Knowledge.

• Advantage Knowledge on Auto CAD, MSP
