JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Exposer in Project
Handling.
2. Knowledge Equipment
Qualification Documentation as per the current Good Manufacturing Practices
3. Exposer in water system
Validation Documentation as per the current Good Manufacturing Practices.
4. Knowledge on P & ID
preparation and Review
5. Knowledge in Preparation
and Review of SOP’s, Qualifications
6. Knowledge implementation
of equipment preventive maintenance as per the schedule.
7. To ensure that, all
maintenance & modification jobs are carried in safe manner and with all
safety permits.
8. Inward engineering spares
and consumables Inspection and approving.
9. Planning of Day to day
activities as per the work orders received from end users.
10. Ensure the safety and
housekeeping as per the company polices and procedure.
11. Coordinating with vendors
for equipment, equipment spares delivery and services.
12. Ensure production and
single fluid system operates efficiently by supervising and performing
equipment Maintenance on continuous basis.
13. Exposer to standardization
of 5s, Standard Work and maintaining Good Engineering Practices in all aspects
of installations and operations.
14. Coordinating with HVAC
Function for effective operations and maintenance.
SKILL REQUIREMENT:
• B. Tech – Mechanical
Engineering or its equivalent
• Commitment in work
approach and readiness to put needful extra efforts, on demand situation.
• Willingness to learn
attitude.
• Good Documentation
Knowledge
• Advantage Knowledge on
Auto CAD
