Job Description:-

Sr. Manager - QC (15+ Yrs)

1)        Training on QC chemist w.r.t handling and troubleshooting of analytical instrument and equipment

2)        Handling of AMC

3)        Interaction with production to timely release test sample as well as final products

4)        Handling of OOS/Deviation/Laboratory incident/Market complaint

5)        Knowledge about the ICH and 21 CFR quality guideline

6)        Knowledge on AMV and stability wr.t various country guidelines

7)        Knowledge on the instrument and equipment qualification and calibration

8)        Experience on handling of LIMS, DMS,LMS and QMS

9)        Handling experience on GMP audits ( Regulatory and Customer)

10)     Handling of QC functions with 50+ team members

Asst. Manager - QC (7+ Yrs)

1)        Handling of analytical instrument and equipment software’s data integrity and audit trial review

2)        Supporting of equipment/instrument qualification/re-qualification

3)        Implementation and monitoring of LIMS/QMS

4)        Cooperation with IT team w.r.t Quality related functions

5)        Ensuring smooth function of data archival and restoration with in the client and main server with coordination of IT

6)        Skill on the analytical software and computer system validation

7)        Knowledge on the 21 CFR part 11 compliance

Qualification: - M.Sc Chemistry / B.Pharm/ B.Tech Chem / Instrumentation
