Magnum Chemi-Gran Pvt. Ltd (Group
Company of BDR Group of Companies) is looking for Manager-QA & QC for
its pellets manufacturing unit based at plot No. 163/D, Phase - II, IDA
Cherlapally, Kapra, Medchal Dist Telangana, Hyderabad - 500051
The indicative JDs for the position is as
under:
Quality Assurance
·
To develop quality systems to meet all regulatory compliances.
·
Periodically train the factory employees to meet the standards.
·
To monitor on a daily basis if the records are updated, and the
plant is running as in accordance to GMP norms.
·
Manage Quality Assurance Activities, Ensuring Quality of the
products, cGMP compliance, ISO Compliance - Preparation & Controlling
Documents, Records, Master BMR, Prepare protocols for validation, Reviewing
documents to identify the gaps, Improving quality parameters, training of QA/QC
personnel, sampling, facing audits, leading a team of Q.A professionals and
manage allied activities and other related jobs.

Handling quality management system.
·
Failure investigations & CAPA management.
·
Supporting regulatory / customer inspections.
Quality Control
·
Analytical QC - should analyse HPLC, GC data, generate stability
data, study impurities over time. Should be able to carry out analytical
validations.
·
Create, maintain and monitor all QC records to be compliant with
GMP and other international qualifications, Should constantly try to upgrade
the standards.
·
Support to process development and R&D for tech transfer,
documentation, data submission and justification for process steps in plant
scale up.
·
Should develop standards and specs to meet customer requirements
for regulated and non-regulated markets.
·
Analysis of RM/PM in Process.
·
Preparation of SOP's master list, protocols and other documents
related QC.
·
Ensuring analytical compliance and GLP activities.
