We are
recruiting for our Zydus Biologics unit based at Zydus Biotech Park, Ahmedabad
Executive/Sr.
Executive/Asst. Manager
Manufacturing (Downstream
Process)/(Upstream Process): MSc. Biotechnology / Biochemistry, B.Tech/ M. Tech with
Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Biochemical engineering with 2-8 years of
hands-on experience of handling equipment such as Chromatography systems,
Ultrafiltration systems, Bioreactor, Disc Stack Centrifugation and Filtration
Techniques. Should have knowledge of GMP documentation.
Quality Control (Protein
analytics)/(Bioassay):
MSc./B.Sc (Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Chemistry) with 1-8
years of hands-on experience of handling equipment & tests such as
HPLC/UPLC, CZE, UV Spectrophotometer, SDS-PAGE, IEF, RT-PCR, ELISA, Bioassay,
GC, IR, KF auto titrator, coulometer, melting point. Should have exposure to
handle stability studies and GMP documentation. Should have exposure of
handling OOS, OOT, OOC, Change control, CAPA, Deviations/Incidents and its
trending. Should have exposure in cell culture maintenance i.e. revival,
sub-culturing, cell bank preparation.
For all the
positions above, it is essential for candidates to have exposure to regulatory
requirements of documentation and cGMP/GLP.
