Walk-in Interview at Zydus Biologics unit based at Zydus Biotech Park, Ahmedabad on Tuesday, 19th Feb 2019 and Friday, 22nd Feb 2019

Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager

Manufacturing (Downstream Process)/(Upstream Process) : MSc. Biotechnology / Biochemistry, B.Tech/ M. Tech with Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Biochemical engineering with 2-8 years of hands-on experience of handling equipment such as Chromatography systems, Ultrafiltration systems, Bioreactor, Disc Stack Centrifugation and Filtration Techniques. Should have knowledge of GMP documentation.

Quality Control (Protein analytics)/(Bio assay) : M.Sc./B.Sc (Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Chemistry) with 2-8 years of hands-on experience of handling equipment & tests such as HPLC/UPLC, CZE, UV Spectrophotometer, SDS-PAGE, IEF, RT-PCR, ELISA, Bioassay, GC, IR, KF auto titrator, coulometer, melting point. Should have exposure to handling stability studies and GMP documentation.

Quality Assurance : B. Pharm/M. Pharm- M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology ) with 2-8 years of hands on experience of IPQA, QA oversight activities, Sterility Assurance, reviewing of batch manufacturing records, change control, deviation, investigation, CAPA, vendor qualification activities, Self-Inspection, Quality Risk Management. Must be familiar with cGMP requirements. Must be aware of global guidelines on GXP and Schedule M of D&C act.

Injectable Packing : B.Pharma/ M. Pharm with 2-4 Years of experience in planning and execution of Injectable packing lines with high speed automated blister and cartonator packing with 21CFR compliance. Must have experience of documentations packing related activities including batch reconciliation and associated records pertaining to batch. To ensure that products handling and storage as per BPR and SOP as per quality norms. Material indenting and its proper follow-up with inventory control department.

Visual Inspector : B.Pharma/ M. Pharm with 2-4 Years of experience in Visual Inspection of Empty and Filled containers. Yield Reconciliation after Visual Inspection of Filled containers. Handling and managing of all Visual Inspection Area and Vials Coding and Collection Area activities. Handling and managing of all Visual Inspectors. To ensure and maintain GMP in Shop Floor & Compliance Activities.

Plant Operator - Packing

I.T.I / Diploma with 2-5 years of hands on experience in any of below mentioned Machines:

· Automatic visual inspection machine/ Brevetti/ Automatic inspection of PFS/ Automatic inspection of vials

· Automatic Leak Testing Machine/ Bonfiglioli / Automatic leak test for PFS/ Automatic leak test for vials

· Plunger rod insertion cum labelling machine/ Automatic PFS labelling / Automatic plunger insertion in PFS

· Safety device insertion cum labelling machine / Automatic Preventis insertion / Automatic labelling on Preventis or Safety device

· Track and Trace/ Online barcoding / ACG barcoding.

· Automated Secondary packing machine/ Optima or Groninger packing machine.

For all the positions above, it is essential for candidates to have exposure to regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP/GLP.
