• Handled moist heat sterilizer (MACHINE FABRIC AUTOCLAVE).
• I can handle vial washing, filling machine (NKP PHARMA).
• I can handle cartridge filling machine (MAR MACHINE).
• CIP, SIP, validation and Operation of Freeze dryer (LSI).
• CIP, SIP, validation and Operation of mixing vessels.
• Execution of media fills validations, Process validations & Cleaning validations.
• Taking line clearance for washing, filling & Sealing operations.
• Monitoring personnel movements in Aseptic area operations.
• Involved in online completion of BMR, log books & final review.
• Maintenance of various documents and records as per cGMP.
