Job Description:
* Carrying new molecule multistep synthesis optimization, initiate process, validations, scales as to lab, mini, pilot, commercial scales, troubleshooting, follows GMP, CGMP, GLP.
* Molecule develops by searching chemistry in reaxys, literature, patents, ICH Guidance (Q1,Q2,Q3,Q7,Q9) and polymorphism, lyophilazation ,
* Handling experimentations from milligrams to grams and grams to kilos, drugs develops as to cmc, infringing and non-infringing.
* Knowledge of spectral technique: IR, NMR HPLC GC UV.
