M.Sc - Microbiology with experience in
Environmental Monitoring
Microbiological Testing (Sterility/BET/MLT)
Knowledge of aseptic practices/Good Microbiological Practices.
QA - IPQA/QA Microbiology
Experience 3-8 years
IPQA - M. Pharm/ B. Pharm
QA - Microbiology - M.Sc -Microbiology
Should have experience of working on shop floor. Experience of
environmental monitoring/aseptic practices knowledge is required.
Engineering
Officer/Executive/
AM/Manager
Experience 2- 12years
B.E - Mechanical, Electrical/Instrumentation
Calibration - Preparation and execution of calibration activities,
attend breakdown related and ind automation, coordinate with user and
validation.
Experience in handling injectable line utilities, HVAC &
Pharma water systems
Ensuring QMS documentation such as URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ for
utility, HVAC process equipment
Performing qualification and requalification activities
Review of breakdowns in the plant analyze it and have corrective
actions.
Production
Officer / Executive / AM / Manager
Experience 2-12years
To supervise activities of vial washing, depyogeneration, filling,
sealing, termival sterilization, visual inspection area and documentation.
Experience of working in aseptic processing involving
manufacturing of Liquid as well as Lyophilized Injectable. Exposure of cRABS or
Isolator technology.
Preparation of SOP for filling and sealing machine,
filtaration,filling area, CIP&SIP.
Experience of working in Liquid well as Lyophilization
Injectable/Isolator technology and packing
To supervise activities of component preparation area
To prepare and execute documents of IQ,OQ and DQ.

Technical Assistant / Operator -
B.Sc / D.Pharm /Diploma – Mechnanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
Experience of working in aseptic processing involving manufacturing
of liquid as well as Lyophilized Injectable. Exposure to cRABS or Isolator
technology
Operating Knowledge of Vial Washing, Tunnel Autoclave,
Lyophilized(FBD), filling Machine, Stoppering, Capping Machine/Isolator.
Area Cleaning and sanotization
To carry out batch manufacturing process and sterilization in
place of process tanks / Component Sterilization / Termninal Sterilization
