Description:
Establish
the quality standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other
members of management.
·
Ensure that the customer (internal and external) needs are
understood properly and the services / products are delivered on time in full,
from quality function perspective.
·
Maintain product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies
and procedures and current regulatory requirements.
·
Achieve financial objectives by compliance to the quality
assurance budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating
corrective actions.
·
Collaborating with other members of management to develop new
product, new projects and / or existing project up gradations.
·
Overall monitoring of quality activities at the sites allocated.
·
Ensure adherence to Company’s Values – Knowledge, Action, Care.
·
Ensure implementation of Company’s Quality policy, Quality
Management System (QMS), SOPs and GMP Regulations at site.
·
Successfully Handling of Regulatory Inspections and Customer
Audits / Visits.
·
Prepare risk papers, position papers, conduct root cause analysis,
propose and implement CAPA and risk mitigation plans for quality, compliance,
existing business sustenance and business continuity.
·
Effective Aberration Handling (Review and Approval): Out of
Specification, Out of Trends. Deviation, Batch failure, Rejections.
·
Review and approve product specification, batch documentation,
test method, equipment qualification and calibration related documents, process
validation protocol and reports and packaging documentation. Review &
approve batch records and packaging records.
·
Responsibility of batch release. Approval of other Quality
Documents as relevant and needed.
·
Review and Approval of Quality Agreements with customers.
·
Perform routine GMP rounds / visits to warehouse, manufacturing
and utility area.
·
Review and approve the protocols related to Validation /
Qualification protocols and reports. Ensure effective execution of these
activities.
·
Ensure that the quality assurance operational requirements are
completed by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
·
Maintain quality assurance staff job results by coaching,
counseling, and disciplining employees; planning (KRA / goal setting),
monitoring, and appraising job results.
·
Responsible to follow the safety and environmental procedures
deployed in the site.
·
Take relevant measures to avoid Cost of Poor Quality and control /
reduce Cost of Conformance.
·
Provide monthly KPIs and status reports on projects and compliance
initiatives to management.
·
Coordinate with Corporate team for Corporate Initiatives,
improvising Long Term Quality Strategy.
