Overview:
The abstractor would be responsible for managing US physicians documentation on the electronic platform. The abstractor would electronically receive scanned documents from the clinic which needs to be indexed and filed in the electronic health record. The abstractor will need to abstract relevant information from these documents in respective patients account. The filed and abstracted data will be approved / rejected by the physician. Rejected document needs to be corrected by the abstractor and resent for physician approval.
Responsibilities:
- Understand clinical and non-clinical documents received from the clinic understand the document type for filing the document
- Working on electronic health record (EHR) application
- Ready to work in rotational Shifts,
- Transport will be provided subject to night shift.
- Working days - 5 (Monday to Friday), saturday and sunday fixed off.
Education:
Any Science Graduates
Preference will be given to BSC and MSC (Nursing, biotechnology, zoology, botany)
B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Candidate should have good knowledge of Basic Human Anatomy.
