system
Experience: 04 Years to 09 Years
CTC Range: 5.0 Lacs P.A to 06.50 Lacs P.A.
Profile:
Operation and maintenance of HVAC
Operation and maintenance of water system
Handling QMS documents
To execute annual preventive maintenance plan
for respective utility equipment's as per schedule.
Officer: Plant Maintenance
Experience: 03 Years to 05 Years
CTC Range: 3.0 Lacs P.A to 4.0 Lacs P.A.
Profile:
- To prepare and execute annual preventive
maintenance schedule of plant machines as per procedure defined in SOP.
- To prepare and execute building maintenance schedule as per procedure defined in SOP.
- To keep the production equipment in ready state for effective utilization.
- To improvise equipments for process requirements and eliminate recurring breakdowns.
- Co-ordination with suppliers/service providers for repairs and plant maintenance.
- To maintain stock of recommended spares, consumables for critical equipments.
- To submit daily, monthly and other periodical reports to department head related to engineering activities.
- To installed new equipments with in schedule time.
- To maintain hygienic condition in production areas after maintenance activity.
- To prepare and execute building maintenance schedule as per procedure defined in SOP.
