Walk-In for ITI Maintenance & Packing Team for Dairy Plant

MINI Walk-in for ITI Maintenance & Processing Team for Dairy Plant
on 24th October 2020 (Saturday) 11:00 AM 01:00 PM at Manor Plant, Phalghar district.
Required Positions:

1. Boiler Operator: ITI with Boiler certification, 2-3 years of experience.

2. Maintenance Electrician: ITI with 5 years of experience in Dairy

(Electrical Govt., License holders are preferred with 22KV license)

3. Refrigeration Operators: ITI in R&AC with 3-5 years of Experience in Reciprocating Ammonia Compressors and Ammonia Screw Compressors, Evaporative Condensers, IBT, Freon Compressors, etc.,

4. Packing Operators: ITI with 2-3 years of experience in Dairy packing activities.
Note:

• Only limited numbers (15-20 nos) can attend this Walk-in and others can drop their CVs at the location.
• Un-healthy (fever, cold, cough) individuals are strictly not allowed for this walk-in.
• Individuals should know the local language
• Relevant experience candidates as indicated above only allowed, others not allowed.

Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Project - QA @ Palghar

Experience: 4-9 yrs

Qualification: B.Pharm / B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc

Conceptual Planning

• To participate in drafting and review the layout provided by the consultant for the New Facilities.
• To plan and propose the equipment/instruments and systems selection for the project.
• To Participate in Capacity planning of the Equipment.

Basic Engineering

• To Review and provide inputs to the proposed engineering solutions by the consultant with reference to the equipment's/instruments selected and other GMP/GLP/Safety requirements.
• To review the drawings submitted by the consultants for its compliance to the requirements generated by Bliss Team.

Detailed Engineering

• To check the appropriateness of the documents generated as per the actual requirements and GMP compliance
• To design and establish Validation plans and protocols for qualification of all the relevant equipment's/systems.
• To Float the inquiries to the vendors and techno commercial evaluation of the same.

Execution

• To ensure The equipment's/systems are installed as per the approved specifications
• To verify all the systems for their compliance as per the approved design documents.
• To Execute the Qualification protocols of the equipment's/systems as per the norms

Documentation

• Maintain Revision history of all the documents generated during the project
• To Draft and establish Validation master plan for project
• To Draft ,establish and execute Equipment qualification documents
• To Review the documents submitted by equipment's manufacturers.
• To draft and implement SOP for Operation/Cleaning/Preventive maintenance of equipment
• To Maintain change controls for all the changes occurred during the project
