Applications are invited online https://mhsrb.telangana.gov.in  from eligible candidates to fill up 499 Posts of above categories on Contract basis in the Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Gachibowli, Rangareddy District for a period of one year or till the need ceases, whichever is earlier.
Online application submission starts from 16 June 2020.
Last date for Submission of Online application is 5 PM on 19 June 2020

Instructions to Candidates:
1. All Applications will be received online only.
Please visit https://mhsrb.telangana.gov.in  to access and fill up the application online.
2. The applicant shall register his/her mobile number on which he/she will receive an OTP for every access. All communication with the applicant will be made through their registered mobile number and email ID only
3. All the applicants are requested to read and follow the instructions carefully while filling up the application.
4. The particulars furnished by the applicant in the Application Form will be taken as final, and selection will be based on the data furnished. Candidates should, therefore, be very careful in filling the application and in Uploading / Submitting the Application Form Online.
5. No changes or corrections will be permitted after submission of the application
6. After submission of the application, the applicant will receive an Application Registration Number and the applicants are requested to note and save it properly for future purpose.
7. Separate application should be filed when a candidate applying for more than one post.
8. The following documents will be needed to be uploaded along with application. Hence, all the applicants are advised to keep soft copies of these documents / certificates ready while filling up the application:
Professor, Associate Professor & Assistant Professor & other categories.
a) Aadhar Card and PAN card
b) Proof of Date of Birth ( SSC /Birth certificate)
c) Study/ Bonafide certificates 1st - 7 th
d) MBBS and MD/MS/DNB Degree
e) MBBS Registration from Telangana/AP Medical Council, additional PG qualification registration from Telangana State Medical Council only (without registration application will be rejected) ** Outside state candidates should get their qualification registered from Telangana State Medical Council within one week of selection, for their appointment to be confirmed.
f) Copy of experience certificate for all teaching appointments held
g) Copies of Publications with proof of Indexation.
h) The Photograph along with Signature as a single file in JPG format. The file should be below 100 KB.
i) SSC or Equivalent Certificate. The File should be in JPG format and file size should be below 1 MB.
j) Study Certificate/ Bonafide Certificate for Classes 1st to 7th .
k) Caste certificate issued by the competent authority The file should be in JPG format and file size should be below 1 MB.
l) Physically Handicapped Certificate, if applicable. The file should be in JPG format and file size should be below 1 MB.
m) Ex-Servicemen / Woman Certificate, if applicable. The file should be in JPG format and file size should be below 1 MB.
n) TS Council Registration Certificate. The file should be in JPG format and file size should be below 1 MB.
o) The Marks memos of all the Years/Consolidated Marks Memos as a Single PDF File. The File size should be below 3 MB.
p) Candidates should NOT upload Post-Basic B Sc Nursing Degree Course Memos, as the Qualifying educational qualification is B Sc (Nursing).
9. Please note that Selection will be based on merit and rule of reservation only.

Walk-in-interview will be held on 21.04.2020 at 11.hrs. at Divisional Railway Manager's office, Eastern Railway Malda, in the chamber of Sr. Divisional Personnel Officer, Maida. The willing candidates having prescribed qualification and age are advised to attend along with their all certificates/ testimonials/experience in original and self attested Xerox copy and three passport size photographs for "Walk in interview “on the scheduled date. Candidates are advised to report on the scheduled date by 10.00 A.M with duly filled up proforma application. Format of application will be available in Railway website and Sr.DPO/MLDT's office on the date of walk-in-interview.
Terms and conditions:
(1) Nature of engagement: Purely on contract basis for three months only from the date of engagement.

 In view of Public Health Emergency due to COVID-19 pandemic and Railway Board’s instructions issued vide letter No.2020/E(GR)/II/COVIDF-10/WHF/1 dated 28.03.2020 & 31/3/2020, Chakradharpur Division of South Eastern Railway invites applications through e-mail, for filling up of the following posts on contractual basis in Medical Department of Ckakradharpur Division for a period of 03 (Three) months. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As Case Intake Member:
·         Responsible for case intake, duplicate check , and registration
·         Maintain log of source documents and other communications
As Case Processor:
·         Responsible for data entry of individual case safety reports into the safety database.
·         Review and evaluate AE case information to determine required action based on and following internal policies and procedures
·         Process all incoming cases in order to meet timelines
·         Full data entry including medical coding and safety narrative
As Medical Coder
·         Responsible for coding all medical history, events, drugs /procedures/indications and laboratory tests according to the appropriate dictionary (For e.g. MedDRA, Company Product Dictionary, WHO-DD)
As Narrative Writer
·         Responsible for writing medically relevant safety narrative of cases and checking the completeness and accuracy of the data entered in the various fields.
As Literature Review Specialist
·         Ensure effective and accurate collection, recording, review and reporting of literature searches conducted.
·         Review of literature articles to identify case safety reports.
·         Responsible for operational Pharmacovigilance activities for assigned developmental and/or marketed products.
·         Assist in signal generation and safety analysis activities.
·         Ensure quality of literature searches and reporting.
·         Review of local/global literature reports to determine regional reportability.
·         Create/maintain study summary documents.
·         Assist with narrative writing for periodic/ad hoc submissions.
·         Assist with ad hoc or routine safety monitoring activities.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Following up with sites regarding outstanding queries.
·         Follow up on reconciliation of discrepancies.
·         Follow departmental AE workflow procedures
·         Closure and deletion of cases
·         Perform any other drug safety related activities as assigned
·         Perform literature review activities when trained and assigned.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
·         Basic competence with medical and therapeutic terminology.
·         Ability to work independently but guided by documented procedures, with appropriate support.
·         Able to work effectively as part of a team.
·         Understanding of patient safety regulatory obligations.
·         Should be familiar with regulatory &pharmacovigilanceguidelines.
·         Should be familiar with pharmacovigilance terminology.
·         Excellent attention to detail.
·         Ability to deliver within established timelines.
·         Fluency in English and excellent comprehension.

·         Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for safety reporting
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
·         Basic competence with medical and therapeutic terminology
·         Understanding of Patient Safety regulatory obligation
·         Good attention to detail
·         Ability to deliver within established timelines
·         Fluency in Spoken and written English and excellent comprehension
