We have urgent opening in one of our MNC in Pharma (API) bulk drugs industry, based at Vizag,

Position: Manager Production

Location: Visakhapatnam

Skills requirement:

- B.E /B. Tech Chemical Engg from a reputed Institute/ university with 10 - 12 years of Experience. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

 - Candidate should be a team player, and to have good communication in English writing and speaking.

- Experience in multi-product facility having CMO experience is desirable

- Candidate should have Green field/Brown field project experience in implementation and qualifications. Candidate with CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) based company experience and regulatory Candidate with PLC / DCS based process experience with API or Advanced Intermediates. Experience in preparation of HAZOP, HIRA, PERA, PRIMA, GEMBA study for new products/ processes.

- Should be conversant with SAP/ERP or automate Batch production systems are required

 Job Responsibilities:

 - Overall experience in Installation, commissioning, plant start up and trouble shooting

- To assist in project implementation, plant start up and implement production system Project requirements to meet and to monitor along with project core team

- To discuss with Project Manager, consultant, execution team on day to day basis

- To be as team member for FAT on equipment acceptance process

- Responsible for and review of Qualification documents OQ, PQ documents of equipment and Facility related to manufacturing block and ensure they are qualified as per global procedures

 - To maintain Calibration of equipment or allied equipment calibration by respective departments including clean n room requirements

- Manage production of API and Intermediates, product improvement within ambit of inventor model. Ensure Proper Documentation through Good Documentation Practices with customer requirement in line with Quality Assurance. SAP experience

- People management

- Operational excellence

- Green field and brown field project

- Person should be keen to learn new things.

- Preferably from reputed company  (MNC) Result oriented person

- Should able to work independently

- Good understanding of production system

- Good communication and Coordination skill.
