JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Good hands on knowledge on Process
safety study (DSC,RC1,Powder safety & reaction kinetics)
• Conducting the HAZOP studies
• Process Risk Assessments
• Statutory compliance and SHE
compliance Management
• Complete process safety reviews and
develop recommendations for addressing process safety issues
• Investigate industrial accidents,
injuries, or occupational diseases
• conducting the safety committee
meetings.
• conducting Mock Drills and fire drill
• Responsibility for ensuring the
maintenance of the emergency equipment (like Fire hydrant and ECC room
equipment’s)
• Issuing & monitoring of Work
Permit Systems
• Conducting the daily plant safety
inspection (SHE tours)
• Responsible for documentation of
Safety & Health related documents
• Maintain regulatory document and
records update like Repetitive tasks, internal audit reports and Safety
committee meetings
• Conducting the training on Process
safety and 14 elements process safety management
• Conduct relevant training programs for
the contract personnel and on the job safety training to employees.
Education and Experience:
• B. Tech-Chemical Engineering
• Certificate Course in Industrial
safety
