Job Description:

1.  Ampoule washing machine Operator ( 2 Opening)

- Operation of ampoule washing machine.

- Cleaning and operation of Depyrogenation tunnel.

- Good knowledge of cGMP.

- Aseptic behaviour area knowledge

2. Ampoule filling and sealing  machine operaotr ( 1 opening)

- Operation of ampoule filling and sealing machine.

- Aseptic behaviour area knowledge.

- Good knowledge of c GMP 

3. Ampoule Blister machine Operator (1 Opening)

- Operation of ampoule blister packing machine.

- Good Knowledge of cGMP

- Knowledge of Changeover of different pack sizes.

Officer/ Senior Officer Quality Control

Job Description:

1. Sound knowledge of BET testing.

2. Sound Knowledge of Sterlity testing.

3. Media documentation review.

4. Sound knowledge of water testing.

5. Raw material sampling.

6. Sound knowledge of Biological Indicator testing.

7. Environmental monitoring.

8. Disinfection documentation.

9.Calibration of Microbiology lab equipments.

10. Bio burden analysis.

11. Personnel monitoring.

12. Water sampling.
