We are conducting Walk-in Drive for QC-RM / PM, below are the roles and responsibilities -

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Location: Ahmedabad (Moraiya)

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for sampling and analyzing raw material and packing material, to prepare and review related documents.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. To sample Raw Material, Packing Material and Consumable Material.
ii. To analyze Raw Material, Packing Material and Consumable Material.
iii. To analyze physicochemical parameters of water.
iv. To prepare and review documentation related to analysis.
v. Performance verification of refrigerator.
vi. Handling of deviation, change control and CAPA systems.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Hands on experience of handling HPLC, GC, UV - Visible Spectrometer, FTIR, Auto Titrator,  Karl Fischer Titrator
2. Should have knowledge of weight analysis, stability studies etc.
3. Candidates should posses sound knowledge of cGMP documentation and cGMP requirements.

We are looking for Microbiologist with 1-3 yrs of experience in Pharma Industry, below are the job responsibility - 
JOB SUMMARY:
- Environmental monitoring of the clean room for all areas.
- BET, sterility and LPC testing of all samples.
- Media preparation and growth promotion of media.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Environmental monitoring of the clean room for all areas.
2. BET, sterility and LPC testing for all types of samples.
3. Preparation of SOP, STP and validation protocol etc.
4. Media preparation and growth promotion of media.
5. Planning, monitoring and execution of calibration and qualification of various instruments/equipments.
6. Preparation and execution of equipment qualification protocols like LAF, BSH, DPB and heating block, micropipette, balance, autoclave, incubators, refrigerator etc.
7. To maintain various trend data related to microbiological analysis and environment monitoring.
8. Water and bioburden monitoring of all types of samples.
9. Pure culture maintenances and inoculums preparation.
10. Report any OOS and OOT.
Desired Candidate Profile

1. Maintain inventory of QC microbiology lab.

2. Identification of microorganisms and isolate maintenance.
3. Candidates should have sound knowledge of cGMP documentation and
cGMP requirements.
4. Good Communication Skills.
5. Person should have core Pharma Industry Background
6. Ability to work in shifts
