Description:
- Production Officers have the responsibility
for determining the best and most efficient uses of the available resources,
including equipment and labor to meet production goals.
- To follow the cGMP & SOPs during production activity.
- To follow safety norms and adhere with company policy.
- Responsible to aware of MSDS of hazardous materials.
- Responsible to comply the quality management system and cGMP and international regulatory requirement.
- Execution of installation and qualification of production equipment.
- To monitor the environmental condition of manufacturing and other related area which may adversely affect the product quality.
- Responsible for ensuring that the computerized system and its operation is in compliance and fit for intended use in accordance with applicable procedure.
- Assisting on assessment of audit reports .
- Maintaining the proper gowning philosophy.
- Execution of production activities as per production requirement in compliance manner with proper documentation.
- Changes of all the status tags on daily basis in shifts for all the equipment.
- Calibration of the weighing balance of the shop floor by verifying with the standard weights in shifts.
- Shift activity as per the work distribution (Batch charging, batch processing) by the shift in charge with online documentation.
- Details activities to be done in next shift as per planning.
- Maintenance activities with coordination with maintenance department.
- Equipment cleaning activities as per SOP.
- Status of the material received at shop floor for batch processing by means of inventory management.
- Following of information /instruction from administrator if any.
